Daryle started his
professional life
in the mid 1980's as an equities trader at Smith Bros. In 1988, he moved on to managing sales teams, before returning to education in 1992 (Central School of Speech and Drama

) to develop his teaching skills. After teaching
at
a secondary
(High)
school, Daryle
returned
to the City of London to manage training for the infrastructure technology department at Swiss Bank, later UBS. In 2000, he left a global role there to move to Merrill Lynch, managing learning and development initially, for their investment banking and infrastructure technology groups and later for almost half of the EMEA headcount. From 2003 to January 2005, Daryle managed training for the global technology groups at Merrill Lynch. In 2005 Daryle started his first corporate education business
, now brought together as
Teetch Ltd, a
specialist
business focused on social and corporate change through the sciences of neuro-psychology and positive psychology. His clientele range in ages (13 to 60+), industries (banking, law, technology, media) and geographies (US, UK, Eastern Europe, Western Europe, Far East and Australia). His research continues into primary, regional, cortical activity, temperament, stress-related illnesses, falsification of type and neuro-plasticity.
